These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stick Transfer. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Stick Transfer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, whether as an individual, a club, or an authorized representative of an organization.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: posting false or misleading information, harassing other users, publishing fraudulent job opportunities, scraping data without authorization, or attempting to interfere with the platform's security or operation.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, CVs, media, messages). By posting content, you grant Stick Transfer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Job Postings and Applications

Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of the job opportunities they post. Stick Transfer does not guarantee employment outcomes and is not a party to any agreement between clubs and players or coaches. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Stick Transfer platform, including its logo, design, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stick Transfer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
